Mobility & Movement Training

Breathing Techniques

Breathing is often an overlooked in training.

High and shallow breathing is often associated with stress, while slow and deep breathing is associated with power, focus and relaxation.

When done right, breathing improves performance, mindset, stress and even the hormone system.

We start every class with 2-3 minutes of breathing exercises to prepare for movement and to bring clarity to the mind.

Mobility &
Movement

Excessive sitting, high stress levels and lack of movement tightens and stiffens the body.

Fortunately, our training program is designed to move every joint through the full range of motion in order to activate weaker and underused areas of the body.

Say goodbye to stiff shoulders, back pain, stiff neck and tight hamstrings.

We use a combination of mobility exercises, yoga positions, flows, animal movements, static and dynamic stretching to counteract the typical desk jockey posture.

Energize &
De-stress

Muscle activation and stretching increases circulation through the entire body.

It relaxes muscles and boosts energy and focus.

Improved circulation boosts energy, concentration and performance.
